FRIDAY We will meet at Graciosa Byron Bay, on Friday afternoon. At 5pm we will gather on the verandah overlooking the pool and the rolling hills for our welcome gathering and an outline of what you can expect over the weekend.
Shannon and Jacquelyn will explain the foundations of Vision and why it is so important when creating the life you want. We’ll then share a nurturing meal, laughter and stories over the dinner table before turning in early to replenish after the journey.
SATURDAY Saturday morning you will be welcomed back into your body with a beautifully gentle yin yoga class held outside amongst the lushness of nature. Then a light, fresh breakfast by the pool will prepare you for your morning of exploring the first foundation, “See It”. This is the vision part of the creation process and we will start it with a short meditation by Jacquelyn to get those creative, vision muscles working! Shannon and Jacquelyn will share personal stories and support you to find a true vision for your life that is in alignment with who you really are.
Over our delicious lunch we can share our experiences and visions. Women coming together in this way of deep bonding adds so much more power to our creating process!
Refreshed and nourished, we will meet again after lunch for the second part of the creation process, “Feel it”. Many of us live our lives from the realm of mental (or mind), so this afternoon you will be guided to experience your visions by feeling them. This is the part of the process that is often overlooked but is vital in the creation process.
You will finish the afternoon session feeling the reality of your dreams.
At 4pm we will go for a walk down to the creek on the property for a creation circle. Sitting in the beauty and peace of nature, Jacquelyn will offer some energetic healing to assist in bringing you fully into alignment with the goals you have. We will share our insights from the day before returning to the house for our evening meal and lots of fun with a special guest we’ve invited along to give your visioning a whole new perspective!
SUNDAY Sunday morning will start with a connection circle followed by a poolside breakfast. Today is the action part of the day. Your dreams will never be more than dreams unless you take some action – “Do it!”
You will have a one-on-one coaching session today to focus on the steps required to bring your vision into reality. You will also create your vision boards based on the dreams that have come alive for you over the weekend. Today is a day to integrate and plan before returning home to take action! We will wrap up the weekend by 2pm.
Graciosa Byron Bay is a grand old house (built in 1900) situated in Talofa – a 4-minute drive to Bangalow and 10-minutes to Byron Bay. The house has been designed with theatre and comfort in mind. All accommodation during your stay will be twin share. The house has five bedrooms in total with two single beds per room. There are two bathrooms available. One with a shower and claw foot bath. The second with a shower only. The bathrooms will be shared amongst participants. The house is positioned to take advantage of sweeping rural views and enjoys a lovely breeze during most of the year. There is no central heating or air-conditioning in the house however there are fans and a roaring fireplace. The 10-metre swimming pool, nestled into the abundant garden is for the enjoyment of retreat guests.
IS THIS RETREAT FOR YOU?
This retreat is for women looking to dig a little deeper into their own creative process. For those at a crossroads (relationship, career change, don’t know how to move forward with goals) with envisioning a pathway forward for their life, career or wellness. During the retreat we will be focussing on the holistic aspects of alignment – touching base with the mind, body and spirit – and so we are looking for women curious about embracing these aspects of themselves. Women who understand that it takes a degree of ‘going in’ before they can craft a ‘coming out’ pathway forward. Women who are looking to be nurtured. And heard. Women looking for some time out and R&R amongst the abundance of nature. If this sounds like you, we’d love you to join us.
The closest airport to Graciosa Byron Bay is the Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport approx a 20 minute drive south of the property. The Gold Coast airport is approximately 45 minutes drive to the north of the property. Both airports offer hire cars. Ballina airport has a taxi service and both airports offer a number of private bus companies who can drive you directly to the property if you prefer to be without a car. We will not be leaving the property during your stay. If you’re hoping to explore the region we recommend hiring a car. Whilst Graciosa Byron Bay is close to Bangalow, we don’t recommend our retreat guests walking on Bangalow Road. If you need any further information, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
The cost of the retreat is $1490 which includes 2-nights accommodation (Friday and Saturday), 2 x breakfast, 2 x lunch, 2 x dinner including delicacies from the Byron Bay region. All tuition. A one-on-one coaching session. A light yoga class. Energy meditation sessions. And a surprise guest.
We are offering an early bird price of $1250 available until 30th March 2018. Please contact us directly at [email protected] if you are bringing a friend as we offer a ‘friends special’ (20% off the price for two at both the early bird and full price). THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE AIRFARES, INSURANCES, TRANSFERS FROM YOUR CHOSEN AIRPORT nor PERSONAL EXPENSES. DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBERS, WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU NEED ANY FURTHER DETAILS BEFORE YOU MAKE YOUR BOOKING.
