Shannon Fricke is an Australian website. Products are only able to be purchased in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

All Shannon Fricke products incur a $10 delivery fee for purchases under $150. Purchases over $150 incur FREE delivery Australia Wide. Purchases shipped to the USA incur a $25 AUD for shipping fee.

Purchases can take up to 10 days for delivery – depending on the delivery location.

As Shannon Fricke Bedlinen and Shannon Fricke Heart & Home products and books are housed in different warehouses,  your order will be despatched from different locations at different times. Please contact us if your complete order hasn’t made it to you within a few days and we will follow up its whereabouts!


We want you to love our products, so if something isn’t quite right, you have up to 14 days to exchange it.

A ‘change of mind’ return is fine as long as you include a copy of the receipt, the goods are unused and unwashed, and in the original packaging (including the cardboard folded between the products) we will be happy to exchange or provide a credit note for you. We won’t cover the cost of return postage or change of mind returns.

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item – Shannon Fricke will pay all the packaging and postage costs for a replacement; however for a “change of mind” return, these must be shipped and handled at the customer’s own cost. Before returning your purchase please contact us on [email protected] to let us know about the return and we will liaise with your directly regarding next steps. We will issue a refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed.

The refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment. The refunded amount should appear on your financial statement within approximately 2 weeks once we have received the returned goods. Online purchases must be returned to the online store address PO Box 424 Bangalow NSW 2479.

When placing an order, you warrant that any and all information given is accurate and complete.

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
  • If Shannon Fricke has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will not charge your credit or debit card until the items are back in stock and ready to be dispatched.
  • All prices listed on Shannon Fricke website are correct at the time of entering the information; however, we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time. All prices include sales tax.
  • No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Shannon Fricke until we accept your order by dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
  • This confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including GST and P&P).
  • You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
  • If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an explanatory email from us detailing the reasons why.


The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.

If your delivery address is outside of the AUSTRALIA, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.


All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If our merchant facilitator refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping bag at any time prior by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product ordered in your shopping bag.


If you have submitted your order and received your confirmation email from Shannon Fricke, you can still cancel your order within 2 hours of the order being placed. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ to the Customer Service team. Please ensure you list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure. However, you must notify us by email, no later than 3 days after your purchase, of your intention to cancel your order.

Once we’ve received notification from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Shannon Fricke, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.


We will happily exchange or credit for change of mind, however we only refund if your item is faulty. All returns must be received within 14 days from the date of dispatch for an exchange. Products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped through any circumstance that is our error will have up to 14 days from the date of dispatch to claim an exchange or refund. All goods for exchange must be in their original condition, with tags. In the case of the bedlinen, please return unwashed, with all packaging including the cardboard folded inbetween the product. For faulty items, we will happily pay for return postage however if you are returning an item that isn’t faulty or incorrect then the customer will pay for return postage.
